Role Overview: The Project Management Coordinator will oversee the coordination and fulfillment of print and digital advertising assets across OOH, DOOH, online display, paid search, and paid social channels. This role will manage incoming requests, coordinate stakeholders, monitor production timelines, and ensure assets are delivered accurately and on schedule. Project Management Coordinator Responsibilities Act as the primary point of coordination between regional marketing teams and internal production teams throughout the asset development process. Review incoming media plans, creative briefs, and production requests to confirm requirements, specifications, and timelines. Gather missing information and clarify project details with regional stakeholders to ensure requests are production-ready. Coordinate communication across Marketing, Creative, Studio, and regional teams to maintain project momentum and resolve production or trafficking issues. Monitor active projects and proactively follow up on outstanding actions, approvals, revisions, and deadlines. Ensure regional asset requests are properly entered and maintained within internal workflow and project management systems. Maintain production pipeline documentation and initiate new projects with the appropriate Studio teams. Manage the routing of creative assets through review, revision, and approval stages across internal and regional stakeholders. Track deliverables through final production and ensure completed digital assets are distributed to the appropriate regional teams. Coordinate requests for physical color proofs with the Global Production team when required. Project Management Coordinator Qualifications 3+ years of experience in creative marketing or advertising project management, preferably within an agency or corporate/in-house marketing environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams, functions, and international markets. Comfortable working independently while also collaborating within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience coordinating creative production, advertising assets, or marketing deliverables across multiple channels. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams. Working knowledge of Adobe tools, including Adobe Acrobat. #J-18808-Ljbffr
