This position requires adherence to all food and beverage regulations and maintaining a well-organized, stocked, and clean bar area.Key ResponsibilitiesDrink Preparation and Service: Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.Plan and present the bar menu.Customer Interaction: Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations.Check customers' identification to confirm it meets the legal drinking age.Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.Inventory and Cleanliness: Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.Ensure the bar is organized, stocked, and clean at all times.Compliance: Comply with all food and beverage regulations.Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by the manager/supervisor.Cash HandlingQualificationsResume and proven working experience as a Bartender.Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.Computer literacy.Knowledge of a second language is a plus.Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.Relevant training certificate.BenefitsEmployee hotel room discountPaid trainingProfessional development assistanceWhy You'll Love Working With UsUnleash Your Creativity: We're all about innovation and fresh ideas.
