We are seeking a Buyer to manage procurement activities across approximately 60–70 programs. The Buyer will manage end-to-end procurement activities for at least three assigned programs while serving as the primary procurement point of contact between program teams, hardware/deployment stakeholders, and external suppliers.
The Buyer will ensure purchase orders, supplier deliveries, and procurement activities remain aligned with deployment schedules and operational requirements.
Manage end-to-end procurement activities for at least three assigned programs.
Review daily program deployment schedules and align procurement activities accordingly.
Issue and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) that accurately reflect deployment schedules and serve as the operational source of truth.
Coordinate supplier deliveries to ensure equipment arrives according to required deployment timelines.
Serve as the primary procurement point of contact for assigned programs.
Track equipment orders and proactively identify potential delivery or supply risks.
Escalate procurement, supply, or delivery risks to internal engineering and deployment teams.
Ensure timely equipment procurement and deployment to support program schedules.
Collaborate with program, engineering, deployment, and supplier teams to resolve procurement issues.
Balance independent execution of assigned procurement activities with cross-functional collaboration.

Flexible start time between 8:00 AM–9:00 AM
This is a corporate procurement/Buyer position focused on purchasing, supplier coordination, order management, and cross-functional communication.
The role combines independent execution with collaboration across program, engineering, deployment, and supplier teams. This is a desk-based corporate role with no hands-on field or warehouse responsibilities.
